Ingrid Endresen Thorseth worked as a research assistant for the Department of Media and Communication at the University of Oslo while completing her master’s degree in Nordic Media. Her thesis examined job advertising in Norwegian media, focusing on the media channels Norwegian electrical engineers use to find jobs. Thorseth has held various positions in the fields of HR, journalism, communications and marketing, and today she works in the field of professional recruitment.
